At Flatwaale, we strive to provide transparent and reliable rental property management services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.


1. Service Cancellations

  • Property Owners may request cancellation of property management services by providing 30 days’ written notice.
  • Tenants may request cancellation of rental-related services (such as agreement drafting, verification, or move-in support) before the service has been initiated.
  • Once a service has been delivered (e.g., tenant verification completed, agreement registered, maintenance completed), the service fee is non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

  • Double payment due to a technical error.
  • Service not initiated within the agreed timeline and cancellation requested by the customer before execution.
  • Payment deducted but service not rendered due to Flatwaale’s inability to fulfill.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed services such as tenant acquisition, background checks, or rental agreement registrations.
  • Government charges, stamp duties, or third-party fees (legal, police verification, vendors, etc.).
  • Maintenance services once vendor has been deployed.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@flatwaale.com with transaction details.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 25-30 business days after verification.
  • Flatwaale reserves the right to reject refund requests if the service has already been delivered.
